Working Meditation

The next thing on the retreat schedule is working meditation, and I’ve been asked to give you a talk as an introduction to this, why we do it, why it’s important, how to do it…

With practice we can bring that meditative mind to anything we do in our lives, to our jobs, our relationships, our interactions with other people, and let that experience of being present, that increase in awareness, change us, change how we act, change who we are. We can let something deeper than the conditioned mind express itself through our speech and actions.
