Our Attitude of Mind

Journal of the Order of Buddhist Contemplatives

Kyōsei Kempinsky, Rev.

Our everyday life is our practice and our attitude will affect the way we choose to live. Each moment is changing, so if we have a hard, set attitude, it can change too—we are not bound by it. The more we are willing to change our attitude and let go of what we hold onto, the more beneficial it will be for us: we are free to experience something more embracing, deeper, gentle and kind.
